SOMISH REALTY PRIVATE LIMITED is located in Titanium City Center, over in the Satellite area of Ahmedabad. We’re in Block H, office 510. It’s a busy building on the 100 Feet Road, so there’s always a lot going on around us. We deal with real estate and property, but we aren't those slick agents you see on TV. We’re just a small office trying to help people find the right spaces or manage the ones they have. The office can get a bit loud sometimes with all of us talking at once, but that’s just how we work. Ahmedabad is a huge city and the real estate market changes every day. It’s hard to keep up sometimes. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting different properties across the city. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just try to be honest with people about what a property is worth or what the neighborhood is really like. We’ve had our share of ups and downs, especially when the market gets slow. But we’ve stayed here in Satellite because we know the area well. It’s our home as much as it is our place of work.
