Somdhara Developers Llp is based out of E 304 in Tirupati Aakruti Greens. It’s more of a home-base setup for us than a corporate office. We’ve been working on development projects for a while, and this place works well for keeping our overhead low and focusing on the actual work. We aren't the type of people to sit in a glass tower. We’d rather be out at a site or here at the table looking at plans. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, though we do stay busy most of the time. Development is a lot of back-and-forth with different people, and we try to manage it all from here. Tirupati Aakruti Greens is a nice spot, and it's quiet enough for us to get our thinking done. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. It's just us. We deal with the day-to-day issues that come up with building and land. Some days are harder than others, especially when things don't go according to the plan, but we just keep pushing through. We’ve lived and worked around here for years, so we know the local scene pretty well. It’s a practical way to run a business. We just want to build things that last and don't feel the need to shout about it.
