We are located up on the 8th floor of the Shikhar Complex. It’s right there at the Mithakhali Six Roads in Navrangpura. Being on the 8th floor means we have to wait for the elevator quite a bit, especially during lunch when everyone is coming and going. Solo Flower Developers Private Limited is the name on the door at Room 801. It’s a busy area of Ahmedabad, and the traffic noise from the six roads usually makes it all the way up here if the windows are open. We spend most of our time looking at development projects and talking to contractors. The office is pretty basic, just a few computers and some stacks of blueprints that never seem to get smaller. We moved into the Shrimali Society area because it’s central for everyone. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when the whole team is in for a meeting, but we make it work somehow. We aren't big on decorations, just some calendars on the wall and a few plants that need watering. Navrangpura is a good spot because we are close to everything we need for our work. Most days it’s just the sound of typing and the phone ringing. We don't have any big corporate slogans or anything like that. We just show up, do the work on the properties, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the permits are in order.
