Solitairesky Owners Association

Living at Solitaire Sky is a bit different than other places. Our association is based out of the common area at F.P. 98, specifically in S 315. We’re tucked into Madhuvan Society on Ashram Road. It’s a busy part of the city, and keeping a building like this running takes more effort than people think. We’re just a group of owners who decided we needed to look after the place ourselves. It’s not a business for us; it’s about our homes. We deal with the elevators, the water supply, and making sure the stairs stay clean. Sometimes we have long meetings where everyone talks at once, but we usually figure it out in the end. Ashram Road always has something going on, so we try to keep our little corner as peaceful as possible. There’s always a pipe leaking or someone complaining about a noise, and that’s what we spend our evenings sorting out. We don’t get paid for this; it’s just part of being a neighbor. We have a small office space, but you’ll mostly find us walking around the hallways checking on things. It’s a lot of responsibility because people rely on us to keep their living space safe and functional. We make mistakes sometimes, but we’re always trying to fix things as fast as we can. It’s just us doing our best for the building and our friends who live here in the society.
