Solitaire 4Square Llp is based at 101/A in the Tulsikung Estate Owners Association building. We’re on the first floor, right at the Nehru Bridge Corner on Ashram Road. It’s a very recognizable spot in the city, which makes it easy to explain to people where we are. The building itself has been around for a while. We spend our days here dealing with the various aspects of our business. It’s not a massive operation. We keep things pretty simple in the office. Since we’re on the first floor, we hear the traffic from the bridge quite clearly, but you get used to it after a week or two. It feels like we’re right in the heart of the action. We don't have a fancy lobby or a bunch of receptionists. Usually, you just walk in and talk to whoever is at their desk. We handle our daily chores, manage our accounts, and try to keep things running without making a big production out of it. It’s a practical workspace for a practical team. We like the convenience of the location, even if parking can be a bit of a struggle sometimes. Everyone knows the Nehru Bridge area, so it’s a good landmark for us. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It’s a straightforward way to spend the work week and we like it here.
