Smayan Projects Llp is located at 170, Someshwara Park in the Thaltej area. It’s a quiet enough place to get some real work done away from the main noise of the city. We’ve been here for some time now, and we like the vibe of the neighborhood. The office isn't much to look at from the outside, just a regular door in the park complex. Inside, it’s mostly just us sitting around a big table talking about whatever project is on the schedule for that week. We don't go in for fancy suits or corporate meetings. We’d rather be wearing comfortable clothes and focusing on the actual building plans. Thaltej is a good location for us because it’s easy for the crew to get to. We handle all kinds of project details here, from the initial sketches to the final paperwork. There’s always a stack of files that needs organizing, but somehow we always know where everything is. Smayan Projects Llp is just a group of friends and colleagues who decided to start something of our own. We make mistakes sometimes, like forgetting to order more tea or losing a pen, but we always get the construction work right. We don't believe in using big marketing slogans to get attention. People usually find us through word of mouth or by just seeing our name on a board at a site. It's a decent way to spend our days, I think.
