Our office is at 11/B, Jadhav Chambers. We are right opposite the Mahila Milan Mandir near the Income Tax office on Ashram Road. Being on Ashram Road means we are right in the middle of everything in Ahmedabad. It’s a very busy place, and the noise of the traffic is something we hear all day. Sinera Realtors Llp is the name we use for our business. We aren't a big firm with lots of departments. We just have a few people who know about real estate and help people buy or sell things. Our office in Jadhav Chambers is pretty simple. We have the usual stuff like computers and filing cabinets. Most of our work happens through word of mouth and people just walking in because they saw our sign. We don't spend money on big advertisements. We think it’s better to just talk to people directly. Dealing with property on Ashram Road and the surrounding areas keeps us very busy. There is always something happening with the local buildings. Sometimes we spend the whole afternoon just trying to get across town because of the traffic near the Income Tax circle. It’s just part of the daily routine for us. We’re just a local team trying to do honest work in the property market. We don't have any big speeches to make, we just show the properties that are available and try to help where we can.
