Sindoorvadana Nirman Private Limited is located over at 101/F in Tulip Citadel Tower, right by Shreyas Tekra in Ambawadi. Ahmedabad is a big city, but this corner of it feels like home to us. Our office isn't anything too crazy, just a functional space where we handle the building side of things. We’ve got a view of the local area from the tower, which is nice when the sun starts to go down. Most of the people working here have lived in Gujarat their whole lives. We don't spend a lot of time writing fancy bios or trying to sound like we're something we aren't. We just take care of the construction business as it comes. Sometimes the elevators in the building take forever, so we’ve learned to be patient. Living and working in Ambawadi means we see a lot of the same faces every day, which we actually like. It makes the workday feel a bit more personal. We handle our records, talk to our partners, and try to stay on top of the schedule. If you walked in, you’d probably see stacks of papers and someone drinking tea. It’s a straightforward operation. We don't go for big marketing slogans because that’s just not how we talk. We are just a local company doing our bit in the city, keeping it plain and honest. We don't need fancy things to get the job done right.
