Simni Infracon Llp

We've been at Ranakpur Society for a while. It's right near the Adeshwartower. Most people know the Terapanth Bhawan across from us, so that’s how they find the office. Simni Infracon Llp is just a small team working out of A 5 here. Usually, someone is around during the day, though we spend a lot of time out at sites or meeting people. The building is a bit older, Bhavna Complex, but it works for what we do. We mostly deal with local construction and infrastructure stuff. It gets busy on this side of Shahibaug. Sometimes the traffic by the tower is a mess in the mornings. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. If you're looking for us, look for the sign near the entrance. It isn't a huge fancy office with glass walls or anything. We have some desks, a couple of computers, and lots of paper files everywhere. My cousin helped set up some of the shelves last year. It feels like a real workplace, not a showroom. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big speeches. We just handle the projects that come our way. Shahibaug is a good spot for us because it's central enough. We've known the neighbors for years now. It’s just how we run things, keeping it simple and being where people can reach us without too much trouble.
