Shri Padmavati Textorium Llp is located right in the heart of Ahmedabad, specifically in the Dolatkhana Sarangpur area. Our address is 1523/1, and we are situated right opposite the Ek Toda S Masjid. It’s a very old part of the city, so the streets are narrow and usually packed with people and rickshaws throughout the day. You can hear the calls from the mosque while we are working, which gives the place a very specific feel. We’ve been operating from this spot for some time now, dealing with all kinds of textiles that people in this neighborhood need. It’s not a big corporate office or anything like that, just a regular place where we keep our stock and talk to the people who walk in. The building is older, and you can see the history of Sarangpur just by looking at the walls around us. Most of our morning is spent opening up the shutters and dusting off the shelves because the city air can be quite heavy. We have a lot of regular faces who stop by just to say hello or check what’s new in the bundles. Ahmedabad is famous for cloth, and being in Sarangpur feels like being right in the center of that tradition. It’s loud, dusty, and busy, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of it. We just focus on getting the right material to the people who ask for it.
