Shree Varenyam Construction Llp

Our base is at number 4, Shangrila Bungalows. It’s located on Hebatpur Road in Thaltej, not far from the Shell petrol pump. Working out of a bungalow feels a bit more relaxed than a high-rise office. Shree Varenyam Construction Llp is the name on the door. We use the space to go over our construction plans and meet with the guys from the sites. Thaltej is a good area, it's developed a lot lately and we're right in the thick of it. The office is mostly just desks, chairs, and a few sample materials like tiles or bricks lying around. We spend a lot of our time checking on progress and making sure we have enough hands for the current jobs. It’s a lot of logistical work. Sometimes we’re here late at night trying to finish a bid or organize a schedule for the next week. The proximity to the petrol pump is actually pretty handy for when we’re heading out to sites. We aren’t really interested in being a big corporate entity; we just want to get our projects finished properly. It’s a small group of us here, and we’ve all been doing this for years. We know the local suppliers and how to get things done in this part of town. It's just simple, hard work. There's usually a stray dog hanging around the gate and we have to watch our step. It’s a quiet life until the phone starts ringing again with more questions from the site.
