SHIVALI REALTY LLP

Shivali Realty LLP is over at the Ahmedabad New Textiles Mill, right opposite the Raipur Gate. We are located at 007 E on the third floor of Sumel Business Park 3. It’s a big complex and it stays pretty active throughout the day. We’ve set up our office here to manage our reality projects. The location near Raipur Gate is very central, which makes it easier for us to get around the city. We don’t have a fancy reception area or anything like that. It’s just a place where we sit down, look at plans, and handle the business side of things. The business park has a lot of different companies, so there is always a lot of movement in the hallways. We like being in a place that feels productive. Our team is small and we don't really follow a strict corporate handbook. We just talk to people and try to find the best way to handle each project. Sometimes the elevators are slow or the parking is a nightmare, but that’s just life in a busy business park in Ahmedabad. We stay focused on what we need to do. Shivali Realty is about being practical and getting things finished. We don’t make big speeches about our values; we just show up and do the work that needs doing. It’s a simple office for a simple way of working, right here in Raipur. We just want to get through our list of things to do.
