Shilpy Buildcon Private Limited is located in the Maninagar area of Ahmedabad. Our office is No. 1 on the first floor of Milan Park Society. It’s right near Jalaram Plaza and Jawahar Chock, which are busy landmarks that everyone around here knows. Maninagar is a crowded, lively part of the city, and our office is right in the thick of it. We are into the building and construction business. Our space is modest, just a regular office where we handle the day-to-day running of the company. There’s always the sound of traffic and people outside, which keeps us feeling part of the city. We spend our time managing different building projects, dealing with the municipality, and making sure our labor is on track. We aren't a big, fancy corporation with a hundred employees. We are a smaller outfit that focuses on doing things right the first time. Our walls are covered with project maps and calendars rather than awards. We’ve been at this Milan Park Soc location for some time now and it feels like home. It’s a practical place to work and we are close to all the suppliers we need. We don't use any slick sales talk; we just tell people what we can do and then we go out and do it. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we know.
