Being in a residential-style setup means we know all our neighbors, and it’s not uncommon for someone to stop by for a quick chat while we’re in the middle of checking shipping documents. We handle a lot of export-import tasks from this quiet street. The pace here is steady, and we don't feel the need to rush like they do in the bigger industrial zones. We’ve been here since the relocation started, and we’ve seen the neighborhood grow around us. Most of our day is spent on the phone or tracking shipments on the computer. It’s a very straightforward way of working. There are no fancy logos on the walls, just the stuff we need to do our jobs. It’s practical, local, and we like the fact that we can just walk home for lunch if we want to. It makes the workday feel much shorter.
