SHAAYPRAM BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED operates out of Sahjanand Park in the village of Aslali. It’s basically run through Patel Girishbhai Kantibhai's place. Being in a village like Aslali means we know most of the people around here. Daskroi is the taluka we fall under. We do construction work, mostly things that people need for their houses or local buildings. It’s not a shiny corporate office with a receptionist. Most of the time, we’re out on a site or talking to laborers. Things can get a bit disorganized when multiple jobs are going at once, but that's just part of the buildcon life. We keep our tools and some materials where we can. The weather around here gets really hot, so we try to get most of the heavy lifting done early in the morning before the sun really hits. Dealing with permits and all that paperwork takes up more time than we’d like. Girishbhai usually handles the main bits of the business. We aren't trying to be the biggest company. We just want to stay busy and make sure the walls we put up stay standing. You won't find us on any big billboards. Word of mouth is usually how we get our next job. If someone needs something built in or around Aslali, they usually know where to find us. It’s simple work, but it’s what we know how to do. Sometimes the supplies arrive late, which is frustrating, but we just keep going.
