Shaan Developers and Lifestyle Private Limited is based in the Charan Krupa Society, specifically at unit VI-2. We are right across from Jay Shefali Park, which is a nice bit of green to look at when things get stressful. The office is located near the Shivranjani Circle on Satellite Road in Ahmedabad. If you know that area, you know it’s one of the busiest spots in the city. There’s always the sound of horns and engines in the background, but once you step inside the society, it quietens down a little. We have been here for a good while. Our office isn't anything fancy; it’s just a regular place where we sit down and try to figure out our next development projects. We’ve got some old furniture and a lot of cabinets filled with plans and legal documents. Sometimes we walk over to the park during a break just to get some fresh air. The neighborhood is full of life, and being on Satellite Road means we are close to everything we might need during the day. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. We just wear our regular clothes, drink way too much tea, and try to get the work done as best as we can. It’s a lived-in space that feels more like a home than a business sometimes, which is exactly how we like it to be. We are just local people building things in our own city.
