Our office is located at Bungalow number 33 in Amrapalash. It’s right near the Amrasagun Bunglows on Ramdev Nagar Road. It’s a nice area, a bit more residential than some of the big office blocks downtown. We’re a small development firm. Mostly we look at land and see what can be done with it. It involves a lot of walking around sites and talking to contractors about timelines. We’ve been around Ramdev Nagar for a bit and have seen the houses going up everywhere. Our setup isn't anything fancy. It’s just a converted bungalow space where we keep all our files and meet with folks. Sometimes the neighbors’ dogs are barking or there’s traffic on the road, but it’s a comfortable place to work most of the time. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything. It’s just us doing the daily grind of planning and permits. Developing property in a city like this is never simple, but we know the local quirks. We deal with the city office, the builders, and the people looking for a place. It’s mostly about being practical and getting the details right. If you’re walking down Ramdev Nagar Road, you might see our sign near the gate. We’re usually there during the day, unless we’re out at a site checking on the foundations. It’s a steady job and we like being part of the local scene here. It’s pretty quiet in the evenings.
