Our office is B 900 in the Shapath IV building. If you’re driving along the S. G. Highway in Ahmedabad, you’ve probably passed us plenty of times. We’re right across from the Karnavati Club. It’s a busy area, but being on the ninth floor gives us a bit of a break from all the noise down on the road. We do realty work, especially stuff involving the GIFT City area. We aren't some massive company with a thousand employees. We’re a smaller group that just knows the local market inside and out. We spend a lot of time looking at floor plans and talking to developers. The highway is always expanding and new buildings are going up every week, so there’s always something new to learn. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything. We just try to be useful to people who are looking for a place. Sometimes we have long meetings that go late into the evening, and other times it’s just us catching up on paperwork. We get a lot of people stopping by because they were already in the area for the club or the nearby shops. It’s a convenient spot for us and for them. We’ve been here long enough that we feel like a permanent part of the highway landscape. We just keep at it, one day at a time, helping people navigate the property scene here with Savvy Ats Realty.
