We’re based out of Block A in the Stadium House building, right here in Ahmedabad. If you know where the municipal swimming pool is at Stadium Circle, you’ve probably passed us plenty of times. Savcon Buildcon Private Limited isn’t a massive corporate machine; we’re just a group of people working in the construction world from our office on the first floor. It gets pretty busy around here with the traffic and people going to the pool, but we like the energy of the city. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while now. Most days are spent looking over plans or chatting with folks about their projects. We don't have fancy lobbies or a hundred secretaries. It’s just a practical workspace where we get things done. Building stuff takes time and patience, and that’s what we focus on. We know the local area well because we live and work right in the middle of it. Sometimes the office is a bit messy with papers, but that’s just how it goes when you’re actually working. We try to keep things straightforward. No big promises or complicated talk, just honest work from a local Ahmedabad team. If you’re near Stadium Circle, you’ll see our sign. It’s a simple setup, nothing too flashy, which suits us just fine. We just handle the day-to-day tasks of running a buildcon business without much fuss or drama. It’s a decent life and we’re glad to be part of the community here in Ahmedabad.
