SATYASURYA HABITAT LLP

SATYASURYA HABITAT LLP is based in Bodakdev, Ahmedabad. Our office is actually a bungalow on 132 Foot Road, right behind the Rajpath Club. It is a nice area with a lot of trees and other bungalows around us. We are at units 161/163, near the Shashvat Bungalows. Working out of a bungalow feels a lot more personal than being in a high-rise office building. We do habitat and residential projects. People from the neighborhood often stop by to talk about what’s being built nearby. We don’t have a big corporate team; it’s just a few of us who handle the day-to-day operations. We spend a lot of time sitting around the table going over plans and talking to the site supervisors on the phone. Sometimes we have to go out and look at the progress ourselves, which we do quite often. We like the vibe of Bodakdev because it is busy but still feels like a neighborhood. We try to keep our office organized, though it can get a bit messy with all the drawings and samples lying around. We’ve been at this location for a while and we have a good relationship with the people around us. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in the city. We just want to do our work quietly and stay busy with the projects we have. It’s a good way to work.
