SATYAPRAKASH HABITAT LLP

We are Satyaprakash Habitat LLP, and our office is located in the Bodakdev area of Ahmedabad. We are situated on 132 Foot Road, right behind the Rajpath Club. Our specific spot is at 161/163, near the Shashvat Bungalows and Yagnik Saheb. It’s a well-known part of town, which helps when we tell people where to find us. We focus on habitat and residential construction. Our office is a practical space where we handle all the logistics and planning for our projects. It isn’t a corporate headquarters with marble floors or anything like that. It’s just a place where we do our work. We have a lot of maps and project schedules pinned to the walls. We don't spend our time writing marketing copy; we'd rather be out at the sites or checking on materials. The atmosphere in the office is pretty relaxed but we stay busy. We have a small group of people here who have been working together for a while. It’s just about getting the houses built and managing the day-to-day issues that come up. We don’t have a big mission statement. We just show up and do what we are supposed to do. Being near the Rajpath Club means we are in a good, active neighborhood. We like the location and the people we deal with every day. It’s just an honest, local business. We have been working in this area for a while now and we know the streets and the local rules quite well.
