SATVA COATINGS PRIVATE LIMITED

We’ve got our setup over at Satva Coatings Private Limited in the AICOL Industrial Estate. It’s located in Rakhial, right near the Jagannath Estate if you are familiar with that part of Ahmedabad. Being in an industrial area like this means there is always noise from trucks and machines, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Our units are 6 and 7/13, which aren't the biggest spaces, but they work for what we do with coatings. Most of our guys have been around for a while and they know the routine. We spend a lot of time checking the mix and making sure everything is drying right. It's not a glamorous job, and the dust from the nearby roads can be a bit much in the dry season. We keep our doors open mostly to let some air in. Sometimes customers come by to see the samples, and we just sit around a small table with some chai to discuss things. Ahmedabad gets incredibly hot, so the afternoons can be a bit slow, but we usually pick up the pace once it cools down a little. We don’t have a big corporate team, just a handful of us who show up every morning and get the work done. It’s a straightforward operation here. We focus on the orders we have and try to keep things moving without too much fuss or complicated processes.
