SARASWATI BUILDSPACE LLP

Saraswati Buildspace LLP is based out of Swanik Arcade, which is right near Arjun Homes and opposite Vardan Tower in Naranpura. Naranpura is a nice area of Ahmedabad to work in, it’s got a bit of everything. Our office is a simple setup where we handle the day-to-day operations of our building projects. We spend a lot of time going back and forth between the office and various sites around the city. It’s mostly just us looking at site maps and talking to vendors on the phone. The office isn't huge, but it fits us just fine. You can find us by looking for the arcade near the main road. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors in the building are mostly other local businesses. It gets busy during the middle of the day, and sometimes it feels like the phone never stops ringing. We don't really go in for those big mission statements or anything like that. We’re just here to do the work that needs doing. Sometimes we have tea brought in while we argue over some small detail of a plan. It’s a lot of practical stuff, making sure materials arrive and that everyone is on the same page. It’s basic work, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. That's the life of a small developer in Ahmedabad.
