Sahej Caterers (Opc) Private Limited is located at C/4/44 Goyal Intercity on the Darshan Drive In Road. We are right opposite the door in this large residential complex in Ahmedabad. Being inside a housing society like Goyal Intercity means we are right in the middle of where people live. Our daily routine involves a lot of lifting heavy pots and organizing staff for various functions. The Drive In Road is a very famous part of the city, so it is always lively and there is always something happening nearby. Our office is a bit cramped because we have to store a lot of catering equipment like tablecloths and burners. We spend our days coordinating with cooks and making sure we have enough supplies for the next big party. It can get pretty stressful when we have three different events on the same day. We are just a small team trying to keep our heads above water during the busy wedding season. Sometimes the van breaks down or a worker doesn't show up, and then we all have to jump in and do the extra work. It isn't a glamorous life, but we like the bustle of it. We just focus on getting the food made and delivered to the clients on time. It is a very hands-on kind of business for us.
