Our office is over at Abhinav Arcade in the Paldi area. It’s a busy part of Ahmedabad, right near the Kothawala Flat. Most days start with a cup of tea while we look at the listings and see what’s coming up in the market. We have been in Pritamnagar for a good while, so we know the streets and the buildings around here pretty well. It's not a huge corporate firm, just a dedicated group of us trying to help people find a place to stay or invest. Property work involves a lot of back-and-forth phone calls and driving around the city. Traffic in Ahmedabad can be a bit of a pain, but we manage. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or big posters on the walls. We just focus on the task at hand. If someone needs a flat or a shop, we see what's available. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than expected, which can be frustrating, but we deal with it. We’ve seen the neighborhood change as more people move into this side of town. It keeps things interesting. Being near the center of the city means there’s always something going on. We mostly stick to our routine, keeping things simple and direct. If you are walking around Abhinav Arcade, you'll probably see us heading out to a site or coming back from a meeting. It’s just how we run things here. There's always a lot to do, and we just take it one day at a time.
