You can find Saatvik Eye Hospital at units 11 to 15 in the Puspa Residency building. We are right across from Akshar Pavilion in the Bhayli area of Vadodara. It’s a newer part of the city, so things are still growing and changing around us. We have several units on the ground floor which makes it easy for older people to get in without dealing with too many stairs or elevators. Since we focus on eyes, we have a lot of machines for testing vision and looking at retinas. The lighting inside is kept a bit dim in some rooms because people’s eyes are sensitive after their exams. We spend most of the day cleaning lenses and helping people pick out frames if they need them. It’s a steady pace throughout the day. Bhayli is a bit quieter than the center of Vadodara, which is nice for a hospital environment. The staff here is local and we usually eat our lunch together in the back room when there’s a gap in the appointments. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or a big marketing plan. People just come in when their vision gets blurry or they have an itch in their eye that won't go away. We have been at Puspa Residency for a while now. The building is easy to find because Akshar Pavilion is such a big landmark across the street. We just open up in the morning and see who comes through the door.
