We’ve been part of this market for many years now, and we’ve seen all the changes it’s gone through. We spend our days talking to traders, checking the quality of the fabrics coming in, and making sure our customers are getting what they need. It’s a very hands-on environment, and things can get pretty loud and hectic by mid-afternoon. We don't bother with any kind of formal marketing or corporate branding. In a place like the cloth market, your word and your reputation are what really matter. We deal with people face-to-face and keep things simple. Sometimes the humidity makes everything feel heavy, and the tea guy is the most important visitor we have all day. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not.
