RUDRARAJ CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED

We are located on the fourth floor of Neptune Edge, room 412. It’s right behind the Neptune Trinity building. It’s a pretty standard office space where we run Rudraraj Construction Private Limited. We spend a lot of our time looking at maps and checking on how our building projects are going. It’s not always glamorous work. A lot of it involves sitting in traffic or waiting for permits to come through. We started this company because we’ve always been interested in how things are built. We have a small staff who helps with the accounts and the site supervision. It gets pretty busy around the end of the month when all the bills need to be paid. We don't use a lot of fancy words to talk about our work. We just show up and do what needs doing. Sometimes the office is a bit messy with blueprints rolled up in corners and samples of cement sitting on the desks. We like it that way because it shows we are actually working. Being behind Neptune Trinity means we are in a bit of a shadow, which is actually nice when it’s hot outside. We have a small coffee machine that barely works, but we make do. Most of our days are spent talking to contractors or trying to figure out why a shipment of tiles is stuck somewhere. It’s a lot of small problems that we have to solve one by one. We’re just regular people trying to make a living. It keeps us busy.
