We've been around Ahmedabad for a while now, specifically over near Sunder Vidya Bihar School. If you know Bachubhai Na Kuva in Nava Vatva, that’s where you’ll find our office. It’s just a regular place where we handle property work. Mostly we deal with land and houses around here. Being in this part of town means we see a lot of changes happening every day. It's busy, but we like it. We started RKDM Real Estate India Limited because there was a lot of demand for local help with buying and selling. It isn't always easy dealing with paperwork and the heat, but we get through it. My cousin and I usually handle the desk work while the others go out to look at sites. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty because of the road work nearby, but it’s home. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some chairs and a lot of files. People from the neighborhood stop by sometimes just to ask what's new with the land prices. We just answer their questions. It’s a straightforward business. We know the streets of Nava Vatva pretty well. If someone needs a spot for a shop or a small house, they come talk to us at 568. We also have to deal with the stray dogs that hang around the school gate, which can be a bit of a laugh sometimes. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we know.
