Our place is located at 401, Sanidhya A, right across from the Anandnagar Shopping Center on the 100 Ft. Road in Prahladnagar. It’s a busy street, especially with all the shoppers and people heading to work. We like being in the middle of it all. Our office is on the fourth floor, so it’s a bit quieter once you get inside. We do buildspace work, which keeps us on our toes. There’s always a project finishing up and another one just starting. Our office is filled with files, samples of tiles, and rolls of drawings. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of our time on the phone, making sure that everything is on schedule. In this business, timing is everything, even though things rarely go exactly to plan. We have a small team here, and we’ve all been working together for a good while. We don’t go in for corporate talk or fancy presentations. We usually just sit down with a cup of tea and go over the numbers. Being near the shopping center is handy for getting things done during the day. Sometimes we walk over there for a quick bite. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a solid job on the projects we take on. It’s simple enough when you think about it that way. We just keep moving forward, handling one build at a time, and making sure the doors stay open.
