Ritcha International Private Limited is tucked away in Navrangpura, specifically at 23 Sahakar Niketan Society. It’s a fairly busy neighborhood, so there’s always something going on outside our door. We’ve been here for quite some time now. Our work involves a lot of international trade and coordination, which keeps us on our toes. The office itself is just a regular place in the society, nothing too fancy. We have a small team and everyone knows their role well. Usually, the morning starts with a lot of emails and phone calls to different places. It can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of files lying around, but we manage to stay on top of things. Navrangpura is a central place, which is why we stayed here all these years. It’s easy for people to find us. We don't really go for big advertisements or anything like that. Most people hear about us through word of mouth. We just focus on getting the daily tasks done without much fuss. Sometimes we take a long tea break when the work allows it. It’s a steady life and we like the community feel of being in a society rather than a cold office park. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, but we’re still right here doing the same thing. It suits us just fine and the neighbors are good people who have been around as long as we have. We keep the office doors open for the breeze.
