We operate out of Mota Varachha in Surat. Our office is actually in Shantiniketan Flora, in Building J, flat 403. It's more of a residential-commercial mix, so it stays a bit quieter than the main industrial hubs. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view, though we are usually too busy to look out the window. We handle the administrative side of Ridrim Pharmaceutical from here. It’s mostly about managing accounts and keeping the supply chain moving. We have a small desk setup and a lot of filing cabinets. It’s not fancy, just a place to work. Surat is a fast-growing city, so there’s always something changing outside. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and it suits us. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Mostly, we deal with people we’ve known for a long time. It’s a family-run kind of vibe, even if we aren't all related. We drink tea, talk about the day's tasks, and try to get home at a decent hour. Sometimes there are delays with shipments, which can be stressful, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to run a reliable pharma business. It’s a lot of mundane work but it pays the bills.
