We’ve been working out of Suprabh Appartments for a while now. It’s a quiet enough spot on Makarba Road, right near the Nandishwar Mahadev Temple. If you know the Vejalpur area, you probably pass by our building without thinking twice. We mostly spend our days looking at papers and talking to folks who are trying to figure out where they want to live next. It isn't anything fancy. Our office at B/206 is just a regular room where we keep our files and drink too much tea. We started Realty Buddy Llp because we knew the neighborhood well and thought we could help out. Sometimes the traffic on Makarba Road gets a bit loud, especially during temple festivals, but we don't mind it much. People stop by to ask about plots or flats, and we just tell them what we know. There’s no big sales pitch here. We just know the streets around Vejalpur like the back of our hands. It’s just a few of us working here, trying to keep things organized. If you’re ever near the temple and need to talk about some local property stuff, you can just walk up to the second floor. We aren't always at our desks because we're often out looking at sites, but that’s just how this business goes. We try to be honest about what’s available even if it isn't what people want to hear. That's just how we do things.
