Our office is tucked away in the Shastrinagar Shopping Centre. Specifically, it's M/4/72/553 in the Naranpura area. Realkingdom Developers Private Limited has been using this space as our main base. It’s a local shopping center, so there’s always a mix of different shops and people going about their chores. It’s a very grounded place to work. We don't have a glass-fronted skyscraper office. Instead, we’re right there in the middle of the neighborhood. It makes us feel connected to the people around us. Naranpura is a settled part of town, and we like the stability of it. Our daily routine involves a lot of meetings and checking on various development sites. When we're in the office, it’s mostly about managing the accounts and talking to people who walk in. The space is a bit cramped sometimes with all the files and maps we have lying around, but we make it work. It feels more like a home office than a corporate headquarters. We aren’t big on titles or formal suits. We just wear what’s comfortable and focus on the tasks at hand. It’s a simple setup for Realkingdom. We’ve been here long enough that the other shop owners know us by name. It’s a good way to run a business, just being part of the local fabric in Shastrinagar. We share the hallway with a tailor and a small grocery store, so there's always a bit of chatter.
