You can find us at H 301 in Orange Avenue, which is part of Maple County 1 out in Shilaj. It’s a bit quieter out here compared to the city center, which is nice when we need to focus on the numbers. Real Mandate Private Limited is basically run from this spot. We handle a lot of the administrative stuff here while the real work happens out at the different sites around Daskroi. The office feels more like a workspace than a showroom. We have maps pinned to the walls and a few old computers that have seen better days. Usually, the day starts with coffee and a long list of things that need fixing or checking on. Shilaj has grown a lot lately, so there’s always something new happening down the road. We try to keep things organized, but in this business, plans change pretty fast. It’s about being flexible and knowing who to call when a delivery gets delayed by the traffic. We spend a lot of time on our phones or driving back and forth between the office and the projects. It isn’t always organized chaos, but it’s close. We’ve been in this space for a while now and it suits the way we work. Not too many visitors, just the usual group of people we work with every day. The security guard at the gate knows us well by now. We just keep our heads down and try to make sure each day's tasks get ticked off the list before we head home.
