We've been working out of Turquoise 2 for a bit now. It's that building right across from Decathlon on S. P. Ring Road. If you know the Sarkhej Okaf area, you've probably seen our sign around. We deal with property stuff every day. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls most mornings. Our office is up on the fifth floor, suite 501. It gets a bit noisy with all the traffic outside, but it’s a good spot to get things done. Most of us here have lived around this part of Ahmedabad for years, so we know the streets pretty well. We aren't trying to be some big fancy firm with a lobby full of marble. We just show up, talk to people who need houses or land, and try to make sense of the local market. Some days are slow, others we are running around all over the ring road looking at different sites. We don't have a giant team, just a few people who know how things work here. People usually just drop by if they're in the neighborhood or heading to the shops across the street. It’s straightforward work really. We handle the real estate side of things so people don't have to stress too much about the tiny details. It's a small space but it works for us. We've seen how much this area has changed lately with all the new construction. It's a busy time to be in Sarkhej.
