We are over in Tower C of the Diamond World building, up on the 5th floor. We take up rooms 501 to 504. It’s right in the heart of Mini Bazar at Mangadh Chowk on Varachha Road. If you know Surat, you know this is where all the diamond action is. It’s always crowded and there’s a lot of energy in the air. We provide services for the diamond trade. Our office is a bit more formal than the small shops downstairs, but we are still just a bunch of people working hard. We have several desks and a lot of computers to keep track of everything. It gets really busy during the middle of the week. We see a lot of people coming in and out from the various towers in the complex. The elevators are always slow, so we get used to waiting. We don't do much in the way of fancy talk. We just handle the data and the services that the trade needs. Being on the 5th floor gives us a bit of a view of the chaos on Varachha Road, which is nice sometimes. We’ve been here for a bit now and have settled into a routine. It’s a professional space but we keep it friendly. Most of the staff has been in the diamond world for years. We know the streets and we know how the business works around here. It's a busy life but it's ours.
