We are based out of Sanskar Tenaments, which is right on the Nikol Naroda Road. It’s a familiar spot if you live near Ghanshyam Vila or the Shukan Banglows. Most of our work happens right here in this corner of the city. We don’t spend much on big ads or anything like that. Instead, we just focus on the local real estate market and helping people find what they need. Whether it's a small plot or a new house, we look into it. The office is pretty basic, just a place to sit down and go through the documents. We have a couple of people who handle the site visits and others who stay back to manage the phones. It gets quite busy in the afternoons when people are off work and want to see properties. Nikol has grown a lot lately, and there are new projects popping up all the time. We try to keep up with what's happening on our road and the nearby lanes. It’s a lot of walking and talking. Sometimes things don’t go perfectly, like when a deal falls through or the rain stops us from visiting a site, but we just keep going. We know the neighbors and the local shops around here. It feels like a community effort most of the time. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company, just a reliable one for the folks nearby. We usually have the radio on and some tea ready for whoever drops in to chat about property.
