R. Beriwala Texfab Private Limited

We are located right outside the Sarangpur Gate in Ahmedabad. Our spot is number 168 in the New Cloth Market. It’s an old building, and the hallways are usually packed with people and bales of cloth. R. Beriwala Texfab has been operating from here for quite some time. It's one of those places where everyone knows everyone else. You can hear the tea sellers calling out all day long. We spend most of our time in the back, checking the latest batches that come in. The office is small and usually has too many papers piled up on the desks. We aren't big on filing things perfectly, but we know where everything is when we need it. The heat in the market during May is something else, but we have a couple of old fans that keep the air moving. We don't go in for fancy talk or big promises. We just show the fabric and let people decide for themselves. It’s a family business, passed down, and we try to keep it going the same way it’s always been. Some of the newer shops nearby have bright lights and glass doors, but we’re happy with our wooden counters and the old metal shutters. It’s a bit worn out, maybe, but it’s home to us. We arrive early, before the market gets too congested, and we usually stay until the sun starts to go down. It's just honest work in a busy place.
