You can find us over at Hirpara Estate, which is on A.K. Road in Surat. We are on the second floor at number 14/A, right behind A.S. Motors. The estate has a very industrial feel to it, which is common for gem and jewel businesses in this part of the city. Finding us the first time can be tricky because you have to go around the motor shop, but there are usually plenty of people to point you in the right direction. Our space is dedicated to gems and jewels. We have a few benches for work and some display cases that are more for storage than for show. It is a working office, not a retail store. The air gets a bit hot in the summer, but we have fans going. We spend most of our time looking at small details through magnifying glasses. It can be tiring on the eyes, so we take breaks when we can. The building is old and the stairs are narrow, but it has a good atmosphere for working. We are just a small team trying to make a go of it. We don't have any corporate slogans or anything like that. We just handle the gems, make sure the jewelry is right, and try to keep our overheads low. It is honest work and we are glad to be doing it.
