PUJAN CONSTRUCTION (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

We are Pujan Construction (OPC) Private Limited. Our office is in B-301, Nirman Homes, which is right near the Vandematram Icon in Gota. This part of Ahmedabad has been growing so fast lately. We mostly do work in the Daskroi area. It is just a small office. Some days it gets pretty cramped when we have all the drawings spread out on the table. We do not have a big corporate team or anything like that. It is just us handling the day-to-day construction tasks. Sometimes the elevator in Nirman Homes is slow, so we take the stairs. Gota is a bit dusty because of all the new buildings going up everywhere. We are right in the middle of it. We spend a lot of our time on-site, so the office is often quiet during the middle of the day. We do not have a fancy reception desk. It is just a place where we keep our files and meet with people when we need to discuss a project. We have been here for a while and we know the neighborhood well. The traffic near Vandematram Icon can be a bit much in the evenings. We try to get our site visits done before the rush starts. Construction is a tough business with a lot of moving parts. We just try to keep things moving along without too much fuss. It is practical work for us. We just do what needs to be done.
