Our office is up in Atlantis Heights, specifically room 712. We are right across from the Swagat Petrol Pump on the Sarabhai Vadi Wadi Main Road. It’s a pretty easy landmark to find if you’re driving through Vadodara. PSM PROCON PRIVATE LIMITED is where we handle all the planning for our construction projects. The view from the seventh floor is alright, though we spend most of our time looking at spreadsheets and site photos. We’re a small group of people who have been in this industry for a long time. We don’t go for the fancy corporate stuff you see in big cities. We just focus on getting the work done right. Most days involve talking to contractors and making sure our supplies are arriving on time at the various sites we manage. The VadiWadi area is always humming with activity, which keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, so we end up waiting around a lot, but that’s just part of life here. We don’t have a flashy website or a big sales team. People usually call us because they know someone we’ve worked for before. We prefer it that way. It keeps things simple and honest. We’re just regular people working in the construction sector, trying to make sure every project we take on is handled properly from start to finish. It’s steady work and we like being part of the local building community.
