We operate out of Shed No 22 in the Global Business Park. It’s located near the Jhanvi Industrial Estate, right by the Odhav Circle on the S P Ring Road. It’s more of an industrial setting than a fancy office building, which suits us just fine. There’s a lot of movement in this area, with trucks and workers going about their day. Our space is basically a big room where we keep everything we need. It can get a bit dusty sometimes because of all the construction and activity nearby, but we don’t mind much. We spend our hours talking to people and keeping track of different properties. It’s a lot of practical work. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure things don't fall through the cracks. The ring road makes it easy for us to get to different parts of the city quickly. Most of the time, we’re just sitting around the main table discussing what needs to be done. We don't go for any of that high-pressure sales stuff. People come in, we have a chat, and we see how we can help them out. It’s a very grounded way of doing things. We like the energy of the Global Business Park. There’s always something happening right outside our door, and it keeps us on our toes throughout the day.
