Premjayanti Estate Llp

We are over here at Premjayanti Estate Llp, right near Commerce Six Roads in the Navrangpura area of Ahmedabad. Our office is in Monarch House, which is just across from Ishwar Bhuvan. It’s a busy part of town and we’ve been here for a while now. Most days involve sitting at the desk or heading out to look at different plots and buildings around the city. Navrangpura has changed quite a bit over the years but we still like the neighborhood. It’s easy for people to find us since the landmark is so well known. We don't do anything too fancy, just the regular work that comes with running an estate business in a place like this. Sometimes the traffic at the crossroads gets a bit much, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home, but that’s just life in Ahmedabad. We keep our files organized and try to stay on top of the local property market as things move along. There isn't a huge staff here, just a few of us making sure things get done for the folks who walk through the door. Usually, someone is making tea or talking on the phone about a listing. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation, just a local office doing our bit here in the city. If you know the Ishwar Bhuvan area, you’ve probably passed by our building without thinking much of it. That is fine with us because we prefer just getting on with our tasks.
