Our office is in Rajkot, specifically in the Vidhyakunj Society on Amin Marg. The building is called Esavshym, and we are in Block No. 23/B. Patel Texcot is mainly about the cotton and textile trade, which is big around here. We aren't a massive factory; we mostly handle the business side of things from our office. There’s usually a lot of talk about market prices and crop yields during the day. We have a few people who are always checking the quality of the cotton samples that come in. The desks are often covered in white lint and scraps of paper. It’s not a very polished environment, but we like it that way because it shows we are actually working. Rajkot is a busy place, and Amin Marg always has something going on. We’ve been at this for a while and have seen the ups and downs of the textile market. We don't try to sugarcoat things when a season is bad. We just tell it like it is. Most of our clients have been with us for years because they know we don't play games. We are just a local company trying to stay steady in a changing industry. We don't have a bunch of fancy titles for everyone. Everyone just pitches in where they are needed, whether it’s filing papers or talking to suppliers. It’s a practical, hardworking atmosphere in our little corner of the society. We don't spend much on advertising because word of mouth in the cotton community is usually enough.
