At Paramanand Reality Private Limited, we operate out of Shop No. 316. This is located in the Avadha Viceroy building. We are right by Sarthana Jakatnaka in the city of Surat. Our part of Gujarat is 395006. The office is on the third floor, so we get a bit of exercise walking up when the lift is slow. It is a simple setup we have here. We don't go in for fancy decorations or anything like that. It is just a place for us to do our reality business. Surat is a busy city and Sarthana is no exception. There is always noise and people moving around outside. We have been in this shop for some time now. Most of our day is spent talking to people or looking over documents. We are a small team and we like it that way. It makes things easier to manage. The Avadha Viceroy is a big building so it's not hard to find. We are just regular people trying to do a good job. We don't have a big corporate mission or anything. We just come in, do the work, and go home. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall downstairs. It’s a very local way of doing things. We know our neighbors in the building too. If you need to find us, just head to the third floor. We are usually around during the day.
