Our office is actually a bungalow, number 25, in Meghna Society over in Bopal. It’s a bit different from being in a high-rise. We like the neighborhood feel here in 380058. It’s usually pretty calm, which helps when we're looking over plans. Being Palladian Developers, we spend a lot of time talking about local land and how houses are being built around Ahmedabad. Sometimes the gate at Meghna Society is a bit tricky to find if you haven't been here before. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. Most of the neighbors know us. It’s not a flashy setup. Just some desks, computers, and a lot of paper everywhere. We take our work seriously but we don't dress up in suits unless we absolutely have to. Most days it’s just jeans and shirts, grabbing a snack from the local shops nearby. Bopal has grown so much lately, it’s wild to see. We try to keep up with all the new regulations and stuff. It’s a lot of back and forth with the city offices. We just want to build things that last. If the tea kettle is on, it’s a good day. We don't have a receptionist, so you might have to knock a few times. It’s just how we run things. Simple and direct. We’re glad to be part of the community here in Ahmedabad and we plan to stay put in our bungalow for as long as we can.
