PAC BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED operates out of bungalow number 33 in the Amrapalash Bunglows area. We are tucked away behind the Fun Republic mall in Ramdevnagar, right here in Ahmedabad. It’s a nice enough spot, a bit quieter than being right on the main road, though you can still hear the city noise. We decided to work out of a bungalow instead of a high-rise office because it feels a bit more grounded. Most of what we do involves building and construction projects across the city. We aren't some huge company with hundreds of employees, just a dedicated group trying to get things built right. Some days are just filled with phone calls to suppliers or checking on site supervisors. Being behind Fun Republic makes it easy to explain our location to people. We have been in this spot for a good while now and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. There’s always some new construction going on nearby, which is good for us I suppose. We don't really go in for fancy brochures or polished sales pitches. We just take our work seriously and try to stay organized, even if the office gets a bit cluttered with samples and plans. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the right materials show up at the right time. We just keep doing our thing every day and hope the buildings speak for themselves. It’s a decent living and we like the independence of it.
