We have been operating out of our office at Prathna Residency in Gandhinagar for a while now. It is located in Flat C-201, which is a quiet enough spot for us to handle our daily tasks. Most of our days are spent on the phone or looking over technical drawings for various infrastructure projects. It is not a fancy corporate setup with a lobby or a receptionist. Instead, it is just a few of us working at desks that are usually covered in paperwork and site maps. The area around here is mostly residential, so it stays relatively calm during the day, which helps when we need to focus. Being in Ahmedabad, the heat is always a factor, so the air conditioning stays running pretty much constantly. We do not have any big slogans or anything like that on the walls. We just come in, check our schedules, and try to make sure everything on the construction sites is moving as it should. Lunch is usually something we bring from home or a quick bite from a nearby stall. The lift in the building sometimes has a mind of its own, so we have gotten used to taking the stairs when we are in a hurry. It is a simple way of working, but it works for us. We are just a small team trying to keep our projects on track without any extra fuss or complicated procedures.
