Our office is located in Motera, up on the fourth floor of 4D Square. It’s office number 23. We’re right across from the ITI Engineering College, so the area is always full of students and life. We handle real estate work, helping people find houses or spots for their own businesses. We aren't a big, polished firm. We’re just a local team that knows this part of Ahmedabad really well. Ever since they rebuilt the stadium nearby, the whole Motera area has just exploded with new projects. We’ve had to work hard just to keep up with everything that’s happening. Our office is a pretty simple place. We have a few desks and a place for people to sit and talk. We aren't into big marketing talk. We just give people the facts about the properties we’re looking at. Sometimes we have to spend the whole day out on site visits, and other times we’re just stuck in the office doing the filing. It’s a regular job for us. We get a lot of walk-ins because 4D Square is a popular spot. People know they can just come up to the fourth floor and find us if they have questions. We don’t have a corporate handbook. We just try to treat everyone fairly and get the paperwork right. It’s a busy life, but we enjoy being right in the middle of all the Motera action at Npsingh Realty.
